Summer Mojito Mocktail

The summer is right around the corner, and you need healthy refreshment ideas? Or just want a new mocktail recipe?


Then this recipe of mine is for you; just grab some mint leaves and lime, and don't forget the ice cubes.

Servings: 1 Difficulty: Easy

Preparation time: 5 minutes Total time: 5 minutes


Ingredients

1/2 lime

2 tsp of stevia

Some mint leaves

200 ml of carbonated water

Ice cubes

Instructions

Step 1: In a shaker, crush the mint leaves with stevia.


Step 2: Squeeze out the lime juice and pour it over the stevia mixture.


Step 3: Add in the carbonated water, some ice, and shake.


Step 4: Strain the mocktail into a glass with ice, mint leaves, and slices of lime.


Step 5: Enjoy!

Useful tips

  • Instead of lime, you can use a lemon.

  • Carbonated water can be swapped out for some soda water.
