Homemade Sugar-Free Mayo

Have you ever had to search the store for sugar-free mayo, and were astonished when each and every one of them had sugar in it? Because I have and that's exactly the reason why I created this sugar-free mayonaisse recipe.

Servings: 20 Difficulty: Easy
Preparation time: 3 minutes Total time: 3 minutes
Ingredients
1 egg
50g hemp oil
140g other vegetable oil
2 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground saffron (Optional)
Pinch of pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Crack the egg into the bottom of a tall bowl. (Be careful not to break the yolk!)
Step 2: Add the oils, lemon juice, salt, and spices.
Step 3: Place the immersion blender at the bottom of the jar and turn it on high speed for 10 seconds.
Step 4: After the initial 10 seconds, move the blender all around and up and down until all the oil is thoroughly mixed and the contents of the bow resemble typical mayonnaise.
Useful tips
If you don't have hemp oil, just swipe it out for another vegetable oil.
