Simple, but different

Austeja Simaityte

Sometimes you just need to be a little bit more simple, but that doesn't mean that you need to lose the spark that makes you stand out. That's exactly what these nails are about: simple but different.

From the very start, I knew that this design had to be pretty neutral, although I still wanted it to be unique. That's the exact reason why I chose to do a 3D (third-dimensional) nail design on one of the nails on each hand.

The colour I chose was a pretty teal one with a little undertone of grey, which is a very appropriate colour for this type of design.

Now the 3D design was a little bit of a puzzle for me at first, as I've never done that before, but I decided just to do some stokes of basic polly gel on top of the nail polish to give it dimension and call it a day.

That's how I created this design plan:

The finished look

This design didn't take too much time and was quite easy to do; therefore, the process was very enjoyable and successful. And in the end, the design turned out to be even better than expected.
