Daily Activity Update

As the competition session has started, the training is getting more intense, with a few minor changes and even some obvious results.


Figure skating

As per usual, I still have my six on-ice skating trainings, although now we are working more on my double salchow, cascade axel jumps, and combo spins. Also, during some training, we only skate programmes, which allows us to get used to the load of physical work during it.





Gymnastics

While the training amount might not have changed so much, the progress has been significant, as I've almost achieved my goal of learning to do a wall split with my hands raised off the ground.





Gym

As of this month, I've started doing more barbell and body-weight exercises, such as planks, deadlifts, etc.


Tennis & Running

While the changes in these two activity categories might not have been so significant, I'm still working on my goals by practicing these sports consistently.
