Arugula and Burrata Salad

I think everyone has had those days were you go back home and want something quick, easy, but still healthy for you to eat. Well I have just a recipe of mine for you!


Just get some some vegetbles and fresh burrata from you fridge and let's get started!



Servings: 2 Difficulty: Easy

Preparation time: 5 minutes Total time: 5 minutes


Ingredients

200g arugula

200g cherry tomatoes

1 Burrata Ball

1-2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

Step 1: On a large serving plate or bowl, spread the arugula evenly.


Step 2: Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and scatter them over the arugula.


Step 3: Place the Burrata ball in the center of the plate on top of the arugula and tomatoes.


Step 4: Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar over the salad.


Step 5: Serve immediately and enjoy!

Useful tips

  • If the salad seems too dry, add more balsamic vinegar as needed.

  • For best results, use two forks to gently pull the burrata apart and spread it across the salad.
